Jess (and the whole team) are very welcoming. I had biab nails and a luxury pedicure and it was a lovely relaxing experience, great music playing. Really happy with my beetlejuice inspired nails! I love the decor and there's so many little details to look at! A little bit of calm and pampering out of a long and hot Friday. Highly recommend The Looking Glass & Jess. Not long moved to Shrewsbury so it was the pain of finding a new hairdresser to trust. Mia did an amazing job, exactly as I wanted my hair cut and finish. Super friendly and lovely with professional service. Great salon atmosphere too. I’ve found my go to hairdresser now!

This was the first time I went for something 3D. Sav was amazing and was happy to talk me through the process and check regularly to see that I was happy with the shape, colour and design of my nails. Sav never disappoints and smashed it once again! 🥰
