I was very comfortable from start to finish. All information that I need to know was provided at the start and also via email when I had my appointment. I am quite scared of needles but Helen was so gentle and I felt at ease the whole time I would 100% recommend and will be returning if I need anymore treatments 🩷

Helen is incredible. When I first came to her my lips were a mess from a past practitioner Id been too & I was worried about getting my lips done again. She corrected every lump & worked a miracle on my face. I felt so happy with my lips again & finally felt confident about my self. I have been back to Helen 4 times for numerous different things. Every appointment is so welcoming, she always goes in depth about how I want things to look, checks on you during each procedure & goes at a pace comfortable for you. I have NEVER come away disappointed. I will never trust any one else with my face🤍

Maddie was amazing, we decided to go for highlights and low lights but then after she washed it off a part of my hair didn’t lift because of previous colour damage from another salon. So I told her I wasn’t happy with the part that didn’t lift so she re highlighted over the part I didn’t like and spent the extra time so I was happy. She also had the 20% discount and worked within my budget! Definitely recommend 🩷

Honestly so obsessed with my results 🥹 It was my first time getting my lips done so I was a bit nervous, but Helen made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. The whole process was so professional and reassuring, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Thank you so much, I will definitely be returning and would 100% reccommend 🤍

Vist to Maddie at the hair lounge for a new treatment, trim and style. Maddie is very chatty and friendly making you instantly feel very comfortable. The treatment used was to help dry damage hair and rebuild the strength which is perfect for my hair type. I have thick corse hair with a lazy curly (friz) that loves a treatment. Treatment feels light and soft with the add extra head massage which was amazing. Asked for a bouncy blow dry ( just to add an extra challenge) which Maddie did an absolutely amazing job!! You're a naturally gifted hairdresser you will thrive at the hair lounge!

I’ve been going to Elina for a year now, and I couldn’t be happier. As a blonde, getting the right tone is really important to me, and she gets it exactly how I like every time. My hair always feels healthy, shiny, and well looked after. She works efficiently without ever making you feel rushed, and she’s always warm, welcoming, and friendly. I highly recommend her!

Couldn’t recommend this salon enough! Having my hair done in a salon was completely out of my comfort zone and I was extremely anxious beforehand. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so comfortable and completely at ease. Everything was explained and covered so thoroughly, and throughout the whole appointment I was constantly checked on and made sure I was okay. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not only am I absolutely in love with my hair, but I’m so grateful for how comfortable, listened to and looked after I felt. Thank you so much🤎
