I had a fantastic cut, colour and blow-dry today by Hair by Claire now based at Taylored in Loughton. Claire’s attention to detail during the cut was exceptional, and my blow-dry was perfect. The salon was immaculate. Highly recommend

Claire is an amazing hairdresser. My hair colour wasn’t in the best condition because of my own experimenting, but she was incredibly understanding and took the time to recommend the perfect colour combination to bring it back to life. What stood out to me the most was how gentle and patient she was throughout the entire appointment. She treated my hair with so much care, and it’s honestly the first time I’ve had a hairdresser who was so thoughtful and mindful of its condition. I’m so happy with the result and would highly recommend Claire to anyone looking for a talented professional

Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.

10/10!! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. When I first started seeing Claire my hair was very blonde and bleach damaged and she’s helped get it into such a healthier condition whilst still working towards the look I want. Claire is so lovely and welcoming and makes the whole experience feel really relaxed and comfortable, and I always leave the salon with my hair feeling, looking and smelling amazing!

Mel is magic. Completely exceeded my expectations. I usually am really nervous when it comes to getting my hair done, but she made it such a wonderful experience. I felt very well taken care of. Another great colour and cut by Claire. From start to finish Claire offers a professional service and great advice on going forward with the grey blending. The salon is a comfortable temperature which is much appreciated in this hot weather.
