You know when you have found The One!. Came for a restyle, left with a great cut, more knowledge on my own hair than I have ever had and completely assured that this salon is a safe space for me and my neuro quirky easily over stimulated self. I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

Thoroughly relaxing experience - Jade incorporated relaxation techniques within hairdressing schedule - absolutely loved the relaxation music and aromatherapy oil & hot water bottle for added warmth! Hair looks fabulous too as always! Thank you - would thoroughly recommend!

Laura is absolutely lovely and so thorough with my waxes. Even if the wax doesn’t pick up a few hairs, she will go back with tweezers and get them for me. Every appointment I have with her is one that I sincerely look forward to!

We booked a Mummy and son double haircut. Amber was really kind and handled my 4 years old really well (he is not a big fan of any haircut). Mummy hair has been halfed and got a nice bob style.

I had such a lovely experience getting my hair blow dryed with Izzy. Izzy was incredibly professional, and really listened to what I wanted and it’s worked amazing with my extensions. The result was even better than I imagined—smooth, bouncy, and full of volume as my hair does strictly with curls/volume staying. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a flawless blowout.
