Anna is amazing at what she does. She always takes the time to listen to what I want, gives great advice, and my hair looks amazing every time I leave. She's so friendly and easy to chat to, making every appointment feel more like catching up with a friend than just getting my hair done. I always leave feeling so much more confident, and I honestly couldn't recommend her enough.

Had my hair done by Anna today and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She really listened to what I wanted, gave helpful advice, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. The cut and colour turned out exactly how I imagined — Anna is professional, friendly, and clearly very talented at what she does. The salon had such a welcoming atmosphere too. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Anna to anyone looking for a fantastic hairdresser.

Soo pleased with my express curly cut with Lottie. She made me feel comfortable, she knows what she is doing, and gave me good advice for looking after my hair. It is the second time she has cut my hair. My hair looks soo much nicer and in better condition too. I have been using the products that she recommended to me 6 months ago.

Thank you Toni for an enjoyable morning in Changes - love the new air conditioning, Danny! As always, an absolute joy to come into Changes for my hair 'experiences'. Reiki really works well to ease tension in my neck and complements my physio. Cut - on 31 August - is PERFECT - so easy to manage with just finger tips, who needs a comb?!

Anna is absolutely amazing! She is a true blonde colour specialist and an absolute master at what she does. Just show her a picture of the blonde you want, and she’ll recreate it perfectly. If you have extensions, she’ll match the colour so flawlessly that you can’t tell the difference. Her attention to detail is second to none, and the results are always incredible. Honestly, if you want the perfect blonde, only go to Anna. She’s unbeatable, so talented, and such a lovely person too. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!
