First time. Been let down and disappointed in various salons Southside so tried yet another but nearer my partner's home. Booked just yesterday for today Saturday. Ashley was on her own and ran slightly behind as happens, was apologetic and clearly a lovely girl, could see the way she treated previous client then myself and I knew she would do a good job blow drying my crazy curly hair straight! Good shampoo beforehand, why is it so impossible to get a decent shampoo? I have arthritis and lots of hair so appreciated this! Very friendly, definately happy to go back, even to look forward to it!

Just met Sarah today and got my hair done, and she has done an amazing job on my hair she's a miracle worker. All the girls at room nine are lovely too. Definitely be back. The junior was so so nice too always making sure I was okay.

I had such a lovely experience with Heather at her cozy little space. She is so caring, friendly, and really pays attention to every detail. I’m so happy with my hair and the final result was exactly what I wanted. Her dog Hocking is also adorable and makes the place feel even more warm and welcoming. First time here and came in from a hydrafacial with Laura. It was a fantastic facial and my skin feels great afterwards. Laura was lovely and we had a great wee chat and laugh. I felt very comfortable and welcomed and will definitely be back.
