My daughter felt really comfortable with Danielle. She thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and was very pleased with her new hair cut. We were very impressed with the salon as a whole as well, it was spotless and well organised and all the staff were very welcoming. We will be back to have our hair looked after by Danielle again soon!

Really pleased with my colour and cut from Natalie. She took lots of time to get to know my hair and talked through what would work well. My consultation before hand was really thorough. It was a lovely morning in the beautiful new salon, which is really nicely done and makes for a really relaxing experience! Natalie was great all the way through my treatment, and my hair looks great!! Thank you! X

I recently visited the salon and had an unfortunate experience with a trainee who got something stuck in my hair during washing, causing a severe knot. However, the team handled the situation impressively. Ella and Heidi spent an hour and a half meticulously untangling it, demonstrating patience and professionalism throughout. I wasn't charged for the service and was given a complimentary hair treatment. Despite the initial mishap, their excellent service turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one and I was happy with my highlights.

For someone who struggles with the symptoms of PCOS I cannot recommend Amie enough! Making me feel more girly, confident and all round comfortable in my own skin again. Second treatment in to remove unwanted hair and I can really see the difference in my skin texture, feel and hair (lack of) growth. Thank you so much ❤️

My first visit to CiaraJade Hair Salon. Mellisa gave me excellent, friendly, professional haircare advice. Melissa made up a special salon hair treatment specially for what my hair required. Today I did the structure repair treatment and can't recommend it enough. My blonde hair is so shiny, something quite rare to obtain if you have blonde hair.

Kayleigh took time to explain the whole smoothing treatment, what the process would be and the aftercare needed. Really knowledgeable hairdresser and put me at ease. Great coffee and biscuits too! 😉

It’s always a pleasure having my hair done by Becky and I’m always so impressed by not only her talent but by her customer service too.
