Otilia is a fantastic hairdresser, and lovely to talk to. She knows my hair well now, and gives good advice on looking after it. We went for a slightly different tone of colour this time, and I love it! I have such grey roots now, I feel a new women when I leave the salon after a freshen up colour and tidy up cut.
