Really happy with the haircut - not happy they started 40 mins past appointment time. They did try to make it up by giving me a treatment while I waited and small discount, which was appreciated.

had the most wonderful hair salon experience with Kayla! She was extremely patient and kind. Not a single one of my concerns or questions went unanswered, and her passion for hairstyling is evident through her flawless work. Great service and attentive staff! I had a balayage + wash + cut and Amanda was amazing! We discussed what works for my hair and what doesn’t and looked at reference photos to make sure I’d be happy with the result. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable as I was doing pretty much a complete make over with my hair. I highly recommend salon 77 :)
