Always great customer service, lovely experience and bright welcoming salon, plus awesome results! Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They may offer products to buy/extra treatments etc. but are never too pushy which is appreciated. I always get the PCC treatment added which has helped improve my damaged hair and protect it between visits. I usually see Emma every 5-6 weeks and she is excellent, understanding of my desired hair colour/end result but won’t compromise the health of my hair in the process. Would definitely recommend Kahlia Forbes and I never go anywhere else. 5 stars! 🤩

Molly did a wonderful job with my hair. Fixed my issues, was honest with what we can expect from this visit and how we can get to my goals in subsequent visit. Her suggestions were spot on and she took the time to explain how those suggestions would look and tie into my over goal/vision. Molly was great to have do my hair. The time flew and I enjoyed chatting with her and my time in the salon.

My daughter was very happy the hair treatment.

I'm currently working my way up to getting my hair lighter and lighter, aiming for an ash blonde with faded roots. Had a fantastic result this session, it was noticeably lighter and definitely getting closer to the end result I want, but while still looking after my hair along the way. My hair feels great, I got some length taken off for summer and I can't wait for my next session. Get the PVP treatment! It's amazing! Thanks Kahlia and all the girls that make it a great day. Refreshments provided and a comfortable environment. I was told exactly what I could expect from today's session, trying to lift the red from my hair to go lighter. It’s always great here & everyone is so friendly too 😀 Emma did my foils perfectly & so even & close to the roots…..I’m a hairdresser myself so I know when it’s a great job & my foils couldn’t be more perfect…..I wouldn’t go anywhere else they really take care of your hair…..I’ve got very fine hair & it’s in great condition after going here for years 🙏🏻
