I had a braid wash today and it was done professionally. Phelo my hairstylist was careful and gentle during the process and I also can see my hair is looking refreshed with hardly any breakage. The hairstyle she did afterwards was a sweet and beautiful bonus that has left me feeling beautiful.

The prices you advertise,should match the price the customer pays at the end of the appointment.Nobody wants to go back and forth after treatments because of a lack of proper communication.If I’m booking something and its in black and white.Thats the price u expect to pay.

It’s my 2nd time bringing my princess and the service is still stellar. Her hair was given a deep conditioning treatment then styled according to my specifications. My daughter is so comfortable with the hairstylist she had no offers with me leaving her behind. I was also able to purchase some aftercare products and was given advice on how to plan her treatments.

The service has been stellar from beginning until the end. The booking process is easy and they were responsive on WhatsApp. The venue itself is tailored for kids & the atmosphere is relaxed. The staff is so friendly and provided a detailed consultation on my daughter’s hair needs. The princess herself enjoyed her first salon visit and is already asking me when we can go again.

This was my daughter’s first experience at a salon as she is autistic. We have struggled to find a salon and we found this through a Google search. Rumbie did my daughter’s hair and she handled my daughter with care. She is very good with kids and extremely patient. Thank you Teens and Tots for this wonderful experience. We have found a spot and my daughter is extremely happy with her hair. Will definitely be coming back.

It was great..Staff is friendly and understand that they are dealing with kids..My daughter fell asleep while they were busy with her hair.They prepared a place for her to sleep and tucked her with a towel🩷👌
