Alex & Helen were absolutely wonderful! Alex took the time to really talk with my 17 year old about her hair & how to style it. She couldn’t stop taking pictures of her hair! Helen made my hair look amazing! The salon was super cute & clean as well. Every staff member we interacted with was lovely. We had the best time! I highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at Medusa and couldn’t be happier with the results. I booked my appointment looking for a low-maintenance solution for gray coverage without damaging my very dry, waist-length hair that had been previously dyed blonde and then black. Litsa did an exceptional job, expertly blending highlights to create a glossy chocolate mocha color while fully protecting my hair’s health. The entire team is warm and welcoming, especially Natasha, and it was no problem that I don't speak Greek!
