Bruce is a magician! After box dying my hair for 10 years the darkest brown I decided take my first step to embracing the greys. Bruce has been with me every step of the way and worked his magic so at my first in-between stage I can still show my face in public as I have a gorgeous bronde bob and not the feared orange I was expecting. Not only is Bruce amazing, the whole team at Karen James are, they work so well together as a team, no job above or beneath each of them and very encouraging, not only to me with my colour change but also with each other.

Lauren listened to what I wanted and all turned out perfectly, I took along a couple of clip in extensions for the sides of my hair and she matched my hair exactly, she is lovely and you feel relaxed and at ease , she is willing to listen to what you think is best for you and you get what you want , some hairdressers give you what they think you need but with Lauren you get what you want and leave happy
