Amazing! Had an appointment with both girls, one for my henna eyebrows and one for a half black half red hair dye with cut. Both VERY professional and VERY friendly! They make you feel very relaxed and welcomed! They never rush the process and put all their effort into what you have requested! I have also had an acne treatment session in which I have seen a huge difference from one session. Both daisy and lily talk you through the whole procedure they are doing which is reassuring. Both girls have sent me products to use after my session which has hugely helped! Would 100% recommend!!🖤🤍

The lady I see also used to work at Harpenden, but is now mainly based in Luton . I decided to keep having the lady as she is very friendly, makes you feel at ease . I feel very comfortable with her so that is the reason I decided to go to this clinic in Luton .

Zilim is not just a colour specialist by title alone, her skills are unmatched! Zilim has such an understanding of different hair textures and how to cut and colour curly hair. She made me feel so comfortable and at easy, she was so attentive and receptive about my desired look and also very realistic about what could be attained! I felt very confident leaving her to work her magic and the result exceeded all of my expectations! I’m so impressed and in love with my new look! This was my first time at Alchemy and I loved it! Sophie really listened to what I was after from a cut and colour and I'm thrilled with the results. Such a lovely, warm, relaxed atmosphere too.
