Amazing experience here yesterday - Sarah had been recommended by a friend and I was desperate to get my hair colour refreshed but had had some disappointing (and expensive!) experiences elsewhere in Bristol over the last few years. I had a colour consultation and then a full head of highlights done and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. Sarah did them in such a way that they look completely natural and the effect is exactly what I was going for. She was also very friendly, great to chat to and the price was fantastic for the service. Highly recommend!

Both Hayley and Sarah were super friendly and hospitable! Although I was waiting 30 mins for my haircut as Hayley was finishing another customers hair before mine, Hayley offered me a cuppa and apologised for the wait, which I thought was very thoughtful of her and I appreciated! Both these ladies always go the extra mile with their customers hair experience, so thank you!

Hayley was amazing! I went in kind of having an idea about what I wanted and left it to her to guide me with what would suit my skin and face shape and came out with something better than I had imagined. Silky blonde, thicker feeling hair. Highly recommend!

Sarah and Hayley, I'd just like to thank you both from the bottom of my heart for being so warm and welcoming. As u mentioned to hayley my son cayden who was booked in with you is autistic and usually really struggles with new environments and meeting new people, yet he was so comfortable around you both, even having a chat with hayley. After having months of being bullied about his autism and his appearance he left your salon today feeling on top of the world, so honestly thankyou ladies xx have a great Christmas and we will see you both in the new year! 😘
