It was amazing, I was taken care of from the moment I walked through the door. It was so warm and comfortable in the cabin. The facial itself was dreamy. Heather is so knowledgable and is so passionate about what she does, it felt incredible, not to mention the shoulder and neck massage which was included. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My first time at House of Soul and i cant thank Gemma enough. She is so kind, down to earth and sooooo talented! I find it hard to relax but i was able to drift away and have some me time, the massage was incredible, perfect technique/ pressure. Facial and head massage just sensational. Absolutely feel like im floating after leaving ( i could've stayed all day!) Truly a hidden gem too- gorge deco/ vibe- ill be back! Thank you so much xx

When I visit Gemma she doesn't just provide with an amazing service where my brows look incredible, my feet feel brand new and the massages/facials I've had in the past leave me feeling pampered to the max , she makes me feel so relaxed and I get to have a laugh talking to her about my week. It's like beauty and therapy all rolled into one 💕

I had some gorgeous treatments from Jo today, she was was lovely and professional and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. I had treatments catered to me as I am currently pregnant which was really appreciated and I was able to have a lovely pregnancy pamper. The salon was really warm and welcoming and I would definitely recommend House of Soul and would love to return to have further treatments from Jo as my pedicure, back massage and facial was fantastic. Great massage and facial with Nicola very kind and under standing

I got a last minute booking for my waxing and within the time allocated, Nicola managed to wax my leg and do a Brazilian for me. In conversations, I realised it was actually the same salon I use to go to at Fulwood. I was dead happy to be back with them. Really grateful for the friendly and wonderful service.

I have massages frequently to relieve an old injury from being a child which contribute to migraines. Nicola is always able to relieve the tension dramatically and focusses everytime on the problem areas, which change every time.

First microdermabrasion for my daughter with noticeable skin improvements. My massage was amazing.

Arrived all flustered due to a pothole incident but left feeling so relaxed and pampered. Amazing facial, wouldn't go anywhere else. The neck and arm massage Heather does is so professional and a lovely addition. Thank you so so much x❤️

Heather came highly recommended for all things skin and I just had to book! I went for a million dollar dermaplaning facial, and omg did I need it! Heathers treatment space is just beautiful, the massages were insane along with an amazing facial, I feel like a new woman! I bought some daily SPF and booked my next appointment before I even left! Absolutely fantastic! Nicola is an amazing therapist and I always feel so much more relaxed and released, after a massage. The whole team are a really friendly bunch and I can't recommend them enough.

I have been having the Ultimate Million Dollar Facial for some months now and I can't recommend it enough! I am a more mature lady and my skin feels tighter and looks healthy and glowing. Also Heather makes the whole experience relaxing by offering a neck and shoulder, and arm massage as standard. It's worth every penny.
