I have been a regular client for the last 6 years. I have had multiple treatments over that time and can honestly say every time Kay makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Every treatment has always been amazing especially one I had just recently - the luxury holistic facial. It was incredible!!

Very friendly staff in a well appointed clean salon on Hanham High Street. Lovely relaxing 1 hour massage with ambient music and aromatherapy tea lights. The masseuse covers your hair so as not to get oil in it and washes her hands before the head massage. She cleaned the oil off my feet at the end with hot flannels. Personally I need a more medical massage for a lower back problem but this certainly relieved aches and tension especially in the neck and shoulders.

Got eyebrow reshape under arm wax and ears pieced. Love it and kay was chatty, didnt hurt and felt relaxed. Will be coming again. Going to book a foot massage and underarm wax.

I feel I repeat myself whenever I leave Pip a review, but she totally deserves a 5+ for every service I use! I had a wonderful and relaxing facial and Pip ensured I was warm, happy and comfortable for the whole time. Had a lovely treatment with Pip today, facial sugaring and Freetobeme brows, highly recommend!

Booked in for a lash lift but woke with swollen skin patch around my eye. I texted Pip as was worried she wouldn’t be able to proceed & she suggested a facial as I’d had a stressful morning. It was wonderful! Highly recommend!!

Pip is fantastic! She is so friendly and takes a lot of care with my facial sugaring. Since I started sugaring with Pip, my hair has thinned and is much easier to manage.
