I went for my first facial and derma-planing today with Kate and I absolutely loved it. Such a calm and relaxing experience from start to finish. AMAZING..!! Without a doubt the best deep tissue massage I have ever had...It was just what I needed to release all the knots and tension in my back and neck as well as my legs. I am sure it will ache in the morning but the long term benefits will be worth it. I will definitely have this done regularly....
