Re?ly good. Punctual, comfortable and great, firm back and neck massage. Therapy room clean and comfortable but could do with a little glamming up for a more “spa” experience.

This was my first time at RenewU and the total experience was awesome. I enjoyed my back and neck message. Kimberlina ensure that the pressure applied was just right. I felt all my tension releasing. Now let's talk about the foot scrub, it was sooooo nice and the machine that then massages your toes and bottom foot was a welcoming and surprising touch as I've never seen that at any other spa. Don't have to tell you that I'll definitely be back! My friend and I both enjoyed our experience and invite you to get your pampering on at RenewU Total Body Care!!!

Kymari was amazing with my massage and body scrub. Prior to the appointment, she ensured I was finished with my tea too! I didn’t feel rushed at all. The massage felt like a deep tissue massage, which my body deeply needed. Her techniques were 10/10. The oil smelt great too. I was very happy with the treatment and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to treat themselves!

The quality of service was good as usual. There are just some little things from a customer experience perspective that can be improved. e.g. I was asked if the pressure in my massage was good, but not if there were specific areas I would have liked to focus on, so considering that option could be helpful.

I could not believe how strong Jalissa was lol and she got all the knots out of my shoulder, so now when I work out with the weights, I have much better range..... Just had my first massage for lower back pain, I super relaxed, and I felt immediate relief by the end of the session. For the first time in 6 weeks I was pain free and felt completely rejuvenated. On top of all that, I also was given advice on exercises to fix my imbalance which contributed to my back pain, I am definitely looking forward to my next visit

I just had my first massage ever from Khulula therapy, it was amazing and incredible. Kiani really released alot of tension in my back and shoulders and made me feel relaxed. Other customers should really give it a try, I recommend Khulula therapy to all who are in need of a relaxation massage.

First time getting a massage, didn’t know what to expect but Kiani was very informative in explaining where my back pain might be coming from. Great service and looking forward to my future appointments.
