Wonderful as usual! Antoniette is a great professional, I think she is the best eyelash extensions master in Rotorua. She works very gentle and accurate, fast, no discomfort afterwards and the result is great, which also lasts long.

As always, amazing service from everyone at The Lash & Beauty Studio! Today was the first time I’ve had any kind of facial done and it was amazing. What a lovely young lady did my facial today. I know she had to pick up this appointment because a student was running late, and so I was really appreciative that she did that for me. I have had an incredible couple of facials catered to my acne prone skin. I’ve also been on a skincare range that Kate recommended to me and am now starting to see results. She is very knowledgeable, generous and caring. I have never been to a clinic like this that is so involved in my need to helping my skin get better. I will be seeing her again soon.

Kate is so lovely and puts you totally at ease. The Bespoke facial I had was amazing. Even after just the one treatment my skin felt so good and much more hydrated
