What a lovely young lady did my facial today. I know she had to pick up this appointment because a student was running late, and so I was really appreciative that she did that for me. She let me know exactly what she was doing, she was knowledgeable and has a very lovely manner. I want to say her name was Alena or something similar. Thank you for a lovely facial.

Wonderful as usual! Antoniette is a great professional, I think she is the best eyelash extensions master in Rotorua. She works very gentle and accurate, fast, no discomfort afterwards and the result is great, which also lasts long.

As always, amazing service from everyone at The Lash & Beauty Studio! Today was the first time I’ve had any kind of facial done and it was amazing.
