A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

I had a facial, the experience was so relaxing all throughout the hour Iryna was doing some thing, head and hand massage whilst I had a face mask on. Would recommend this

I had ‘the glow package’ facial and was the best facial I’ve had my skin was glowing after! My therapist Angel is so friendly and professional and such a good therapist. I am a returning customer with the shire as always happy with the service.

Outstanding! Nicola made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Very professional but also extremely personable and friendly. Tailored my experience too with being pregnant which was lovely. Very knowledgeable of her products and all their ingredients. An amazing facial which was super kind to the skin and each step was explained. Lovely arm, hand, shoulder, neck and head massage too. Her set up is also gorgeous and very professional. I would highly recommend Nicola to anyone regardless of their skin care journey, whether a newbie or pro, Nicola has you covered!

The best facial ever! This was a gift from my daughter. My skin feels amazing. It’s glowing, smooth and very hydrated. Anna is incredibly experienced and the treatment room there is very very relaxing. I will be a regular client from now on. Loved every minute 🥰

I had a 20-minute Porefector facial with Anna, which focuses on exfoliation and hydration, targeting blackheads and dead skin. My skin feels amazing! I was genuinely surprised by the results achieved in such a short amount of time and .I would highly recommend this treatment.
