Very nice and relaxing deluxe facial, although so much time was spent on the head massage that she ran out of time to do my arm and hand massage and neck stretch, which was a shame as that always relieves so much tension.

She took her time with my skin, carefully explaining each step of the process, which I really appreciated as it was my first time getting a facial.
