Had the dermaplane and hydrafacial. The facilities were clean and tidy, both members of staff were very accommodating and very kind. The lady who did my facial Liv was very good she was kind, gentle and really took time to do my facial. The dermaplane was very gentle and was very relaxing, however I noticed hair growth within 2 days. the hydrafacial was good and my skin was glowing after. I would definitely come back again.

Fantastic facial today. It was incredible one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Jojo was so welcoming and went through the whole process. The products smelt amazing and I felt so relaxed during the whole treatment. I can’t wait to come back.

I had my first facial with Stacey today, and it was such a wonderful experience. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived and was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the treatment. I had a facial booked with Stacey, I had lost my Mom the day before (not unexpected) and had almost cancelled. I didn’t and I’m so glad I went. It gave me an hour of just being able to be in my own thoughts with no outside noise just peace and tranquility. It gave me peace in that hour. It was more than a facial it was a time to reflect and take time for thoughts of my Mom. Thank you 💕

I went to Nat to have my wedding make up trial and had the best experience. I’m not the one to have my make up done often but I felt very comfortable and listened to the whole time. Make up lasted 12+ hours too!

I’ve had two massages and a facial with Stacey so far and every experience has been excellent. Stacey is professional, welcoming, and highly skilled. The massages are relaxing and the massage table/bed heated which is an added treat. The facial was equally wonderful and my skin felt noticeably brighter afterwards. The treatment room is clean, comfortable, and calming. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for high quality treatments and a genuinely relaxing experience.

I had the most relaxing Luxury Spa Combo with Jo. She is so welcoming and kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Before starting, she took the time to ask if I had any concerns. As I struggle with my back, she tailored my massage to focus on the knots in my shoulders, and somehow managed to release them. I genuinely didn’t think they were ever going to go! She also gave me a facial, and my skin feels so clean, refreshed, and glowing afterwards. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jo enough. She’s a lovely lady, the treatment room is so calming, and she’s so talented!
