The most relaxed I've felt in a very long time. The back massage pressure was just right, the scents used in the facial were gorgeous and I didn't want to have to move by the end!

I highly recommend the Thrive experience ✨️ A massage to really help you relax, followed by a beautiful facial and then 15 minutes of cozy Zen Time is the ultimate treat! Keely really has thought of everything from the weighted blanket to the choice of tea to take away ☺️ Thank you so much, I'll be back! ♥️

I had a Age Defence Facial today. It was an hour of pure relaxation which lasted an hour. I had the arm & scalp massage as this was included within the hour as well. The treatment is in a lovely quite & calm space. No rush to get you out the door afterwards. ATM treatments have a discount so it was well worth the money.

My first facial at Primrose Beauty but it definitely won’t be my last. So relaxing in a beautiful setting. Keely is a great beauty therapist, explaining in detail the steps she will be doing. Absolutely loved my birthday treat with her.

Excellent Service from Priya I’m so happy with the service provided by Priya for my baby’s head shave and ear piercing. She did an amazing job and handled my baby with so much care, patience, and kindness. She made sure my baby was comfortable throughout the whole process and took great care of hygiene, safety, and health. I really appreciated how gentle and professional she was. She made the experience much easier and more comfortable for both my baby and me. Thank you so much, Priya, for your wonderful service and care! Highly recommended. ❤️

I had a really lovely waxing experience with Priya. She was extremely professional, friendly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. The service was excellent and I was really happy with the results. The only small suggestion I would make is to consider putting a blind up in the salon, especially for intimate waxing, just to make the area feel completely private and comfortable for clients. Overall, I would definitely recommend Priya and will happily return! 💕
