Ellie was lovely, thankfully she was as chatty as me so felt right at ease. Very relaxing, almost dozed off a couple times. The head spa is one experience you need to have! Would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone! Also the facial… my gosh! My skin is like a babies bottom, I can’t thank Ellie enough!!

Another fantastic microneedling and dermaplaning facial. This is my 3rd course of microneedling and I feel my skin is glowing, feels very refreshing and losds of people are noticing how glowing my face is 😁 I was really bad for breakouts around the mouth but since staring my dermoplaming treatments with Lynn I don't get anymore breakouts 😁 I would 100% recommend Lynn and look forward to next month's treatments.

Terrific. Took my friend and daughter in law and they thought it was terrific too. We had a facial each and Kelly was marvellous as usual. They are both going back. Well pleased.

I recently complete vampire facial training with Lotus rose. Professional , great communication and very well supported. Will be going back soon for more training and will recommend to anyone looking to further skills. Had a brilliant experience and can’t wait to be back!!

Kelley is very good at what she does. She is a lovely person and so easy to speak to. Have been twice and she is trying so hard to relieve my problem. Myself and two others have booked a facial next week. Would definitely recommend her.

I’ve had microdermabrasion in many different places, but Francesca’s was easily the best one yet. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality facial and an attentive beauty specialist.

This was the most amazing, gentle, tactile massage and facial ever. Luci was lovely and her touch is magic. I may have nodded off a few times because I was so relaxed.
