Kelly is absolutely wonderful; her attention and care is non faultable. She is also an all-round lovely person. My facial was superb, the technique and products she uses are amazing, as well as the addition of the beautiful ambiance of her cabin. I highly recommend the jelly mask as an extra add-on; it’s such a great feeling, as I described to Kelly “it’s like being rebirthed!”

The 'everything bundle' was fabulous. I love how it was tailored to my needs and incorporates a wide range of techniques: the acupuncture, massage and cupping targeted my very tense shoulders and the facial acupuncture was incredible. Charlie is such a welcoming and calming person and the space is beautiful.

I’ve had a pedicure a leg wax an eyebrow wax and tint and a facial today. It was a lovely experience, I left feeling totally refreshed and relaxed after Lyndsay worked her magic. I’ve booked further treatments in June and I can’t wait. Worth every penny!

I just finished my course of facial acupuncture sessions at Charlie’s Glow, and I’m so glad I invested in this - it was absolutely worth it! Charlie’s knowledge and expertise are incredible, and she tailored each treatment to exactly what I needed. I’ve seen such a positive difference and always felt completely confident in her hands. I had a deluxe facial instead of my usual standard facial which is gorgeous anyway . The facial was for 1 hour and 15 minutes and cost £48 which I feel is excellent value . The face mask was so luxurious and the massage just so relaxing . My skin really is glowing almost 24 hours later . I will definitely have another one for a special occasion .

Had the full works full body exfoliation and massage with the Indian head and facial today for a birthday treat for myself and wow as always did not disappoint! From start to finish it was just such a lovely experience. Rhianna always makes me feel so welcome and it’s just such a pleasure each time I visit. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. One of many amazing massages with Rhianna but my first in the lovely new pod. The pod was cosy, warm, relaxing & so tranquil. I have been to The Cabin this morning for my monthly treatments. I had a facial, hot stone back massage, Indian head massage and a pedicure. It was all amazing. I came away feeling great and my toes look very good too. I always have such a lovely, calm, peaceful and very relaxing time while there. Jo always does an amazing job. I cannot recommend The Cabin highly enough.

I absolutely loved my dermaplaning and facial treatment today with Jasmine! My skin has never felt so good! I while highly recommend! 💕

After a recommendation from Anna to improve my skin tone and boost my facial appearance I opted for my first skin booster. Anna as always was considerate and talked me through the procedure covering any uncertainties I may have. Anna always provides excellent customer service and answered any questions I may have with clarity and in a professional manner. Kelly’s services are always how you would expect and more. Her nails are always amazing, even when you have short nails. 😁 She is particular on detail and will try every design you give her. 💅They always come out exactly as you ask. With every beauty treatment she asks plenty of questions to ensure your treatment is how you would like. She makes sure you leave happy every time. ❤️Would definitely recommend. Lashes looked amazing for several weeks after and the after care provided help keep lashes and brows in amazing condition. Facials are very relaxing and are a perfect little self treat.

Really enjoyed my facial. Lots of attention given to my décolletage and shoulders which are often forgotten in facials I’ve had elsewhere. Loved the smell of the products and they didn’t leave my skin feeling oily afterwards. Only thing which stopped me giving it stars was waiting for the mask to soak in. A little hand massage here would have helped to fill the time.

OMG...Anna is the most amazing person and Aesthetics and beauty practioner ever!! I'm so happy she opened in ilkeston it was serendipitous as I was researching non surgical facial treatment and then then poof Anna arrived. My second treatment was today with fillers and a skin treatment I can't spell. From the start Anna has been warm, friendly and dull of great advice and her passion for what she does shines through.
