Had an appointment with the awesome Gillian for a hydrating facial. The Balanced Boutique is such a friendly, beautiful & calming place. This was my 1st facial with Gillian & it was brilliant. It was sooo relaxing & the results were amazing. I suffer with facial flushing & v v sensitive skin. Gillian discussed this all with me. My face looked so much better & had a lovely glow, yet no sign of flushing. My face has never looked so good & I wish I coud afford to go every week. I looked very refreshed & the years were turned back. Thank you so much Gillian, you have magic hands 💖 Will be back x

Gillian, thank you so v v much for my awesome facial & treatments today 🤩 😍You're a total star & I feel so much better after I've been to Balanced Boutique. I've lots of skin probs due to menopause And on top, I've v v sensitive skin. My face feels smooth, well hydrated & is glowing. And you look after my physical & mental wellbeing 💖💝 My sinuses are clear & it's the 1st day I haven't needed strong medication for a migraine. If that wasn't enough, in 1 treatment, you've relieved the pain in my R shoulder, which a physio told me would take at least 12wks! I can't thank you enough 🥰❤️

I had a 60 minute facial and every second was completely bliss. Laura does a fantastic job creating a relaxing atmosphere and the products she used on my skin smelt and felt great. I’m loving my glowy skin right now! Thanks so much Laura!

Stunning facial with Laura today. The treatment itself was beautiful but all the little extras really made it like the lovely eye pillow during the hand and foot massage, the little cup of tea after the treatment and the little thank you gift at the end. Worth every penny and can’t wait to go back. I feel great!

Had my first EVER facial with Amanda today, the Microdermabrasion, WOW, WOW, WOW..... it felt sooo good and was really relaxing. My face felt so clean and skin still looks and feels amazing this evening. Will definitely not be the last time I have this one! Already have the Hydro facial booked for next time. If you are thinking about trying these facials, then just do it, you won't regret it. I have only ever had good experiences visiting here. Most recently I had the hot stone massage and a dermalogica facial by Nadine. It was so relaxing. All the girls are very welcoming and the ambiance in the treatment rooms is perfect. Highly recommend ⭐️

Laura always is clued in to your needs. No 2 facials have been the same but each one exactly what I needed. I just love the feeling of being relaxed, uplifted and happy after every visit and can’t wait to return again soon 😊😊

Just had a skinbase hydro facial with Amanda. 100% recommend this, left my skin looking and feeling amazing. Amanda made me feel very at ease from the beginning, explained every step through the treatment and provided great aftercare. I will definitely be back.
