From beginning to end an all round perfect experience; everything explained before hand, each individual product used felt and smelt lovely, the ambience in the room (lighting, candle, music, heated bed) made it so so relaxing. The radio frequency facial was incredibly relaxing, and I loved how non-invasive it was. It helped to tighten and smooth my skin, leaving it feeling firmer.
