When you have to wake yourself up you know you are relaxed. Today I had a pialtes facial which included a back massage followed by reflexology. So essentially a pamper from head to toe and it was just what I needed. It is so nice to take time out and have someone look after me for a change and as a mum and 2 with a business to run it is definitely needed from time to time. Thank you so much Debbie, I always feel relaxed and comfortable in your treatment room x

Wow! What amazing treatments. I had a full body massage and facial. Debbie is incredible. I left looking 5 years younger and managed to sleep uninterrupted for 7 hours that night which is unheard of. Even though I moved out of the area I will still travel an hour to see her as she’s so fabulous. Thanks Debbie. Can’t wait to come back soon

Lovely back, shoulder and neck massage as always with Shidvash. Really hits the points that are causing me problems. She is always giving me good advice on how to sit and bend to improve my posture and pain in my shoulder & neck. Well done Shidvash another good treatment
