Finally had time to get a hot stone massage from Nicole and it was so worth the wait! Lovely experience and great massage!! I have had a few treatments now from Nicole and always had a professional experience and she really does seem to know her stuff. Countdown on til my next massage ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A wonderful massage and facial. Trust me I’m a massage lover and this one was exceptional. Nicole is a wonderful and thoughtful professional. Treat yourself to a massage when visiting Fort William, you’ll thank me later (and Nicole!)

Have been to the Retreat a few times now for different treatments the facial is amazing Nicole is such a lovely person she makes you feel so comfortable and at ease I visit the Retreat at least once a month I wouldn’t go anywhere else now If you love a nice relaxing pamper day definitely give Nicole a try I highly recommend her AMAZiNG 5 star treatment in her beautiful new premises

Wonderful facial massage with Nicole, she really targeted areas that needed work and the massage was super relaxing. Beautiful and peaceful new location as well, and toasty heated bed. Perfect.

We had a laugh that we should have taken some before pictures because even taking wishful thinking into consideration i know that my facial treatments have made a difference. Even my sceptic family have commented positively. And even if there was no visible change its still a positive joyfull experience with Nicole.

I had the most amazing time with Nicole today. She made me feel very totally relaxed and comfortable. I was nervous but will be back for sure and will book a facial next time too. Great results from Nicole too. Can’t recommend highly enough.
