Alannah visited my at home 4 days after the birth of my first child to support me on my breast feeding journey. Although I was happy the baby was feeding I wanted the support from Alannah that she was latching well and we had a good feeding position. Alannah's warm and loving nature if the exact energy any new mum needs supporting her in the days, weeks & months after birth.

I had a deep tissue massage on my back, neck and shoulders. It was something I really needed to reduce tension and stress in my muscles. It was very thorough and effective. A very professional service and I highly recommend Jodie and Relax and Revive Therapies.

Such a relaxing facial with Alannah, a dreamy hour away from my baby which was much needed. Her knowledge of the products she uses and the fact the treatment was bespoke to my skin’s needs was amazing! I gave the Buccal massage a go and didn’t regret it, such a lovely experience all round! Kirsten's treatment was magical, I feel totally renewed. I loved every moment of the massage, I felt secure, safe and totally relaxed. I love the attention to detail that Kirsten provides, the heated pads, the rose/ geranium blend she used on me, the sage she finished with. Blessed out now but looking forward to the next time.
