Myself & my sister attended the Aura Spa (March) and both of our therapists were amazing! I had a full body massage which was genuinely the best massage I have ever received - the beds are heated and so comfortable and my therapist was very thorough during an initial quick consultation & throughout the entire massage, really focusing on my problem areas. My sister received the ESPA 55 min facial & said it was such a soothing experience including a head and neck massage, & the therapist gave her a full list of the products used at the end of treatment, her skin is glowing & brighter!

Very nice spa, loved the outdoor jacuzzi, just a few aspects of the facial let it down, there were some times when just fingers held on face in different areas.....didn't add much. Facial massage not sttimg enough, more like stroking. But nice treatment overall and vey professional therapist. Really need conditioner in the showers....just had to do that when I came home as couldn't get a brush through my hair. I never like a body wash and shampoo combined to be honest.

Had an amazing body salt scrub & oil and also a facial , with Sophie . Really relaxing and my skin felt so hydrated and soft . Sophie was lovely and very professional . I will be returning again as soon as I can .

My mum and I had a neck, back and shoulder massage then an express facial in the spa. It was so relaxing and the girls were lovely. We then had afternoon tea which was delicious. A perfect way to spend a Sunday - thank you

My mum and I booked a spa package to celebrate our 30th and 60th birthdays. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The massage and facial we had was excellent and we will definitely be back.

It was an absolute pleasure staff were very professional and friendly had a beautiful relaxing facial and skin feel great

I've had a few LED facials now with different therapists and each one gets better and better. As always first class experience.

Pros - amazing facial from Shona Lovely treatment room, relaxing spaces, ice cold water and complimentary fruit Delicious afternoon tea, glass of fizz and endless hot drinks, delightful 💜 Really friendly and helpful staff Cons - nothing major but just why I didn’t give 5* A bit of a damp smell when entering spa area, nothing a diffuser wouldn’t hide No free lockers even though spa not full Loud staff in and out of relaxation rooms chatting about guests, while having a drink of water, could do with being mindful of guests using facilities

Fabulous experience. Facial was Devine as was my therapist Shona. We come here often for the overnight spa package. I would highly recommend it.

The facial and massage was fantastic, Andrea was very attentive and gave me some fab tips for my well-being and skin. Afternoon tea was lovely, we will definitely be back.
