Charlie made me feel so welcome. She was friendly, chatty and calming, which helped ease my anxiety. She took the time to explain absolutely everything before, during and after the treatment including the filler itself, the numbing cream, aftercare, what to expect. She is clearly very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients feeling informed and comfortable I already feel so much more confident and that means a lot to me.Thank you Charlie, for making what I thought would be a really scary experience feel so relaxed and positive. wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to friends & family

Loved my facial concentrating on my eyes, but doing so much more! I came away gliwing, refreshed and educated. Sarah really knows her stuff and teaches me something new at each visit. Highly recommend 👌

Wonderful service, lovely treatment room and always the best nails. I always get compliments on my nails and I never have any issues with them. Also recently had a facial and it was dreamy ❤️❤️❤️

I usually have the Signature Spa Massage, which is absolutely amazing. However, Janet is now offering a Lymphatic Drainage Massage so I tried this out this time. It was the most relaxing massage I've ever had and fell asleep a couple of times during the treatment. It consists of very light pressure on the lymphatic system which is just under the skin. This is followed by very gentle strokes to move the toxins in your body along the lymphatic system so your body can cleanse itself and expel the toxins in your urine. This really was a lovely experience and I can recommend it to anyone.

My first visit to Janet for reflexology and it was amazing. I came out rather hot and slightly headachy (this is normal for me) but felt lighter. Booked a second session and an Ayurvedic facial.

Had Botox with Charlie a few weeks ago and was so impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and the natural results she prides herself on. I was so happy that I decided to treat myself to under-eye polynucleotides and a collagen induction facial. She’s so lovely and makes you feel completely at ease. I can’t wait to see the results over the next few weeks!

Abbie was amazing as always ! The CO2 mask has revitalised my skin and helped boost my skin all round, I always glow for weeks after having this facial and it definitely makes my face look slimmed out!
