It’s always a pleasure visiting Identity in Broughty Ferry and this is like my second home. All the staff here are highly experienced and as soon as you walk through the door you feel like a VIP. I have the hot stones full body massage carried out by Megan who knows her craft extremely well. So if you have any aches and pains then I can highly recommend this treatment. I have recently had lower back pain as upper back pains so this certainly helps to ease the pain. Best beauty treatment centre in Dundee.

Fantastic, incredible experience! It was so lovely to meet Gemma and receive her services. I had her facial, neck and shoulders treatment - absolute Heaven. I was pure gigglin wi relaxed satisfaction afterwards and beamin as I left her for the rest of my day. Chilled me right out and made me well happy. I’ll definitely be holding on to her as a practitioner going forward and going for treatment at hers in Carnoustie as she moves practice. Lovely touch, oil, music, light level, technique, kindness and customer care. Thank you Gemma! See you again pal! 🙂

Today i went for an eyelash lift & tint with eyebrow wax, excellent results, very good price. Marzena is so friendly and welcoming, such a relaxing experience would highly recommend this salon in Dundee. I will be back for some more relaxing treatments.

Always friendly, professional and reliable. Chloe has never cancelled an appointment in the 12 years i've been going to her. I'm always really happy with the results. Gillian has done my facials and again always friendly, professional and reliable. So relaxing and well worth every penny. Another amazing experience with Nicci, this time with a little facial to add thought would treat myself. It was so relaxing. Nicci makes the room feel so peaceful, relaxing and Nicci always makes me feel safe while I’m getting whatever treatment (big think for me) you can just forget about everything outside of room, absolutely love going to Nicci for my treatments. Eyebrows and lashes also done as my routine treatment and as always love them as well.

Absolutely love my lushes. The best lash technician, very careful with a lot of knowledge. I have very watery eyes but the results I’m getting with her are always amazing. Well worth the travel from Leven to Dundee to get them done. Highly recommended

I had the Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage with an Express Facial treatment which was brilliant. I felt so relaxed and Natalie was so friendly and kind. The massage was lovely, my back and shoulders feel much less tense now. The facial made my skin feel really hydrated & soft. Also, all of the products used smell so nice. Overall a great first experience!
