Absolutely amazing experience with Lesley! Had a facial today, my skin is already glowing and feels so much more hydrated after just one treatment (I've booked a course of 3 to really boost my dry/dull skin). This is so much more than "just a facial" — Lesley leaves no second unturned and pampers you from start to finish. I only booked for skincare but got lovely mini massages throughout too, which left me feeling completely relaxed, which I was not expecting. Can't recommend enough! Thank you Lesley.

Absolutely amazing massage. Lisa was lovely and gave the peace and quiet I really needed! Perfect pressure on my muscles. Lovely room, comfortable bed and very peaceful. No chatting or loud noises from other rooms which was nice too! Would 10/10 recommend, best massage I’ve had in Dumfries by a mile!

As always great facial so relaxing I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted getting used to having eyebrows again as they are so fair you couldn’t see them Lesley did a great job

The luxury Tropic Facial is a must. Jodie gave me a really comprehensive list of products that would suit my skin type. The facial was tailor made for me. The ice globes used made me relax instantly. A wonderful experience. Thank you 😊

Really great facial, Lesley was so nice and had loads of great knowledge! The facial was so relaxing and such a nice extra to get the shoulder massage and then the hand cream application at the end! My skin feels amazing now!

I had an excellent facial today and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing too,(so much so I nodded off once or twice🤫) my skin feels refreshed, hydrated, and looks noticeably brighter. The Glow Room is spotless and had a lovely calming atmosphere. I left feeling pampered and confident, I'll definitely be booking again! Highly recommended!

I booked in for the skin reset facial with Lisa and it was incredible. The facial was relaxing and Lisa really listens to what you like. I left more relaxed and my skin looking amazing. Will definitely be back x

I have been going to Ellie regularly for nails, and she’s amazing. Very accommodating, friendly and very reasonably priced. I also had a beautiful back scrub and full body massage, which I loved! Will definitely be back regularly for that too. xx
