Treated myself to a lovely Glow Girl Vitamin C facial with Clare and oh, wow! After a week of feeling tired and just meh 🫤, this really helped me relax (I actually fell asleep briefly 🤣). The treatments were refreshing, cooling and relaxing and skin felt amazing afterwards. I even got a random kind comment from a lovely lady on my way back to the car saying how lovely I looked. This was my first time visiting Mia for aesthetics, she was amazing! I had a facial rebalance. Mia talked me through the whole process and listened to what I really wanted from the treatment. She gave me advice and options, rather than just going straight in with the needle. I felt looked after from start to finish. Especially throughout the treatment, Mia asked me multiple times if I was okay. I left with lots of advice regarding aftercare. Thank you again Mia, my results are incredible. My first time having facial filler and I’m so glad I chose JXB. The results are beautifully balanced and natural. Having only had nose filler once before elsewhere, I was very selective about who to trust, and I definitely made the right choice. She was kind, patient, reassuring, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. The clinic was spotless, luxurious, and calming, with a professional atmosphere and great music. If I could put more stars on this review I would! Majbeen was so welcoming from start to finish, an absolutely lovely, lady! My baby shower makeup was an absolute dream and it was exactly how I envisioned it to be. Majbeen took my preferences into account and also advised her own and made me feel 10/10 after looking sluggish for the last 8 months 🤣 would definitely recommend! Thanks again majbeen! Xx

I had the Mid-Week Glow & Relax Package which was incredible. Sam was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable immediately, which really set the tone for the whole experience. Moving back to the Derby area after many years and finding a new hairdresser after many years for me was a daunting prospect. After a recommendation by my new neighbour I can honestly say the salon was warm and welcoming and made it very easy for me.

I had my first facial with Ella and it was amazing! I have never felt so relaxed during a facial. Ella was very knowledgable and explained the facial thoroughly. During the facial Ella did a neck and shoulder massage which was so relaxing! Looking forward to starting algae peels in September. Highly recommend!
