This was my first visit and I was booked in for a winter warmer package which included a hot stone massage, foot mask with warming booties, foot massage, a facial and head massage. These were the most wonderful treatments. I was made to feel extremely relaxed and pampered from the moment I entered this lovely treatment room. I will be returning soon!!

I had my lips and cheeks done with filler, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the whole experience was incredible. The consultation was so thoroughI felt completely listened to and cared for, and every step was explained clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The actual treatment was surprisingly comfortable, and the attention to detail was amazing. My lips look naturally fuller (not overdone at all) and my cheeks have the perfect lift that gives my face such a fresh, youthful glow. It’s exactly what I wanted but even better than I imagined

OUTSTANDING . I was lucky enough to receive a head and facial voucher for Mother's Day, but due to having an operation I wasn't able to use it until now. It was definitely worth the wait! Petch, the beautician, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The pressure during the treatments was spot on, and every product used smelled absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the room itself was beautifully scented, with calming music, soft lighting and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. I honestly couldn't have wished for a better experience. Absolutely fantastic. Wonderful and relaxing. I've never had a facial as brilliant at this. My skin is so happy. I met friends afterwards who all said how amazing, youthful and glowing I looked. The location is fabulous, the clinic is gorgeous, tranquil, calming, relaxing. (I love the posters). Claire-Joanne is A*** she is brilliant and goes out of her way to help you. Such a lovely experience at The Coven with Misha. It was my first time in years having a facial and Misha explained every step of the process. It was so relaxing and calm, and my skin now feels amazing! I would definitely recommend the Immortal Glow facial, and I will definitely be visiting The Coven again.

Had an amazing experience with Misha, she soothed my little bit of anxiety I had as it was my first ever facial. We spoke to each other as if we had known each other for a while / friends which made the experience so much more comfortable, she explains each step she is going to do before she does it. Dimmed lights, relaxing music and heated blanket, I couldnt of had a better first experience i will definitely be visiting again.

I loved every moment from the moment I met Misha to leaving. I was made to feel welcomed, with such a friendly atmosphere. It had felt like id been going to see Misha for years.
