Jemma has a very friendly but professional manner. I have a facial every 2 wks & a massage alternate wks. I would definitely recommend Jemma. She asks questions before each session to discuss what treatment is best for you.

I booked the age defence facial for my husband, and he absolutely loved it. He said it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. He said Sarah was lovely and immediately put him at ease, making the whole experience really comfortable and enjoyable. He commented that his skin looked so much brighter afterwards with a healthy glow. He also had one of the best night's sleeps afterwards, which was an unexpected bonus. A fantastic treatment that left him feeling refreshed, relaxed, and looking great. Highly recommend.

It’s always such a pleasure coming here. I had such an amazing facial — it honestly felt like an artist working on an artpiece. Every step was done with so much care, skill and attention to detail. My skin felt so refreshed afterwards, and I always learn something new about my skin and skincare every time I visit. I honestly think I drifted off a few times because it was just so relaxing and peaceful. It’s truly my happy place. I left feeling glowing, refreshed and more confident and renewed. Tess is the most amazing beauty therapist. She has a warm personality with a lovely way about her, she’s genuine inside and out. The treatment I had - a FACIAL’ can only be described as outstanding! I have been to some very upmarket spa’s but I can honestly say 100% my facial today was the best I have ever experienced! I felt like I was walking on air when I left, so relaxing! Highly highly recommended - I’ve booked my next one already!
