I had the ' HEADSPA x HYDRO FACIAL - luxury scalp facial head spa with hydro facial' and this was one of the best treatment experiences i have had! Would highly recommend Pam as she delivered an outstanding service, remained professional and was really friendly. throughout. She was very skilled and knowledgeable, and gave great advice on how to maintain a healthy scalp as well as after care guidance. Thank you Pam for an amazing and relaxing treatment xx

I have problematic skin which includes large pores, pigmentation and mixture of oily and dry areas. Maya provided a soothing, theraputic facial and shoulder massage, also applying pressure to the lymphatic areas. Maya explained the issues I had and recommended key products to help with hydration and general repair of my skin. She did not force me to buy shop products and instead encouraged me to research products that i would be comfortable with. Thank you Maya!

Omg! That has got to be the BEST back massage and facial ive had to date (ive had many). For me, its not just about the great quality of the products used but its how comfortable i felt during my visit. Charnel was warm and friendly and chatted with me at times when i wanted a chin wag. She explained what products she was using and the benefits of them. A great touch was the heated blanket i was laid on, it was so cosy, yes, i fell asleep. Im so excited for my next visit! Thank you for being so welcoming & i love your new shop! Gorgeous!

Fazia was an absolute star, From start to finish, she was so professional, friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. I absolutely love my lash lift the results are beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and pays attention to every little detail. The staff is very friendly. The location is also great and the treatment procedures are explained in a very good way. Things are told in great depth. I am very embarrassed about my facial hair, but I feel confident now that I am getting treatment here. One thing I liked is that first a skin patch test is done and then the treatment is implemented.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. The best BIAB nails in Birmingham in my opinion. Had mine on for almost 4 weeks before infill appointment and they haven’t lifted at all. Meticulously done. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
