I had a wonderful first time experience at Novaluca Therapies. Dee was very friendly and she made me feel very welcomed and comfortable in her setting. I received an amazing 90 min Hot Stone Full Body Massage with a Cold Stone Facial, which really made a difference to the back aches I was experiencing previously, and helped me relax and de-stress. Had a thoroughly wonderful massage today with Dee. The room is perfect. The atmosphere relaxing and inviting. The massage table is super comfortable. Dee is fantastic at what she does. Came for 1st appt for Genesis facial. Sophia was so welcoming and immediately put me at ease. She explained fully the process & checked throughout the appointment that the laser wasn’t too hot. She also advised me on suggested facial regime and a Facebook page to follow for advice

Lovely. Dee listened to what my husband and I wanted for our hair being cut, and did the job very well. We are both really pleased with the service.

Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.

I started my laser hair removal journey a little over a year ago. As someone who suffers with PCOS, my facial hair was affecting my mental health. I was so paranoid people were looking at it when talking to me. A year on I feel like a new person. This has honestly changed my life (aware that sounds shallow and dramatic) but i could not be happier with the results. Everyone at HA laser was so professional and kind. Thankyou xx I’m excited to continue my hair removal journey in other areas now. Huge thanks to Ellie especially for making me feel so at ease xx
