Perfect facial experience! My skin feels so refreshed, and my blackheads are completely clean. The staff is so patient and takes the time to thoroughly clean my blackheads—I never felt rushed. Plus, they don’t hard-sell packages like other places. Special thanks to Cashyn for the amazing service. Most of the staff are very friendly too :)

Jane is highly professional and detailed with her services. She is knowledgeable and won't recommend something for you if she didn't genuinely think it would benefit you. It's rare to find this level of professionalism and integrity in the beauty space so I would highly recommend her to anyone. I have seen great results within the first few days of just a tweak in 2 skincare products she recommended and am reaping the benefits from her 'Let Jane Decide' facial where she addressed the concerns I had teamed with her expert analysis to achieve the facial my skin didn't know it needed! As a returning customer, this was my first experience with "New Skin Treatment," and certainly a unique one, especially considering the variety of facial treatments I have tried in the past. If you are sensitive to discomfort, I would recommend discussing any concerns with the Esthetician beforehand. The procedure was carefully explained, with clear instructions provided at each step. The team was thorough and attentive, addressing my questions with great care. Aftercare instructions were also provided to ensure optimal results following the treatment. I'm excited to see my results.

Jane is very professional and so gentle on her work. I did an initial hyrdofacial session with her and the messages she did on my face and neck felt so comfortable and relaxing. Absolutely loved the results at the end.
