Soukaina was outstanding. She made us feel welcome and took great care of us. She knew curly hair from first hand experience so was able to give quality advice on styling, hair upkeep, the best products to use. She was down to earth, and realistically matched and provided advice based on our capacity to follow through on hair care advice. She was exactly what I was looking for, in helping my niece with her beautiful curly hair. It is rare and few and far between being able to find a hairdresser that genuinely knows the very unique challenges and wins of curly hair. Thank you Soukaina

Today I had a microdermabrasion facial with LED by Chloe and it was a wonderful experience.

This was my first experience at Luxury Brows. Kristie ignored me twice in reception as she was too busy chatting with a colleague and trying to transfer photos from an earlier fashion shoot, as she later explained. This delayed my appointment by 10 mins. As an older client I found this rude, whilst acknowledging the generation gap, this did little to create an atmosphere of trust or engagement, particularly as my appointment had already been postponed for 2 days due to equipment issues. That said Kristie's skill level was good, I was pleased with the result, and I was given a gift voucher.

Navy is truly a gem! Every time I come to see her I feel pampered, relaxed and so loved. She has the softest hands, the most gentle technique and the most beautiful energy. Her threading is perfect, her facials leave my skin glowing like silk and her lash lifting is pure magic natural, elegant and stunning every time. I trust her completely with my face and my brows.
