Kayla was amazing today. She really took the time to listen to me and gave me an unforgettable experience. I had a facial at the basin, a treatment and a curly cut and every experience was slow, deliberate and done with such care. Mia was great, her product and treatment knowledge was excellent and her techniques were excellent also. I had the membership facial which was the peel and the hydrating mask, I would have loved an arm or neck massage while either of the masks were on though, that would have really made it perfect!

I had such a relaxing facial with Bianca! I felt warm and comfortable the entire time. The head, arm, and hand massage was a beautiful touch, and I loved the products used on my skin. The music was calming, and the room setup was beautiful — it created the perfect relaxing atmosphere. Bianca was lovely and very professional. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality facial experience.

I booked a waxing and facial treatment and was extremely impressed with the service. Chloe, the esthetician explained every step, used high-quality products, and maintained great hygiene. Great cut and service by Eve. I booked the high roller Harry but didn't receive the head massage facial hair wax remove, Mud Mask + 2 Complimentary Drinks only 1. I understand the barber was new and I received a discount of $25 at the end which is fine but i was looking forward to the full experience.
