Amazing experience with Madeline! She is incredibly professional, lovely, and so helpful. The facial itself was fantastic—I left feeling refreshed and glowing. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and you can really tell she uses high-quality products. From the service to the results, everything was rejuvenating. Highly recommended!

One Million “Thank You’s” to The Angel that is Julia !! I just got my very first facial ever and (per the usual at Sweetlab 💕) I was very spoiled. The comfort, the communication and the commitment to all that is thoroughly Caring and thoughtful 🥹 Honestly, I cannot recommend enough this beautiful space for time out and self care. I got the 30min Oxygenating Enzyme Peel. But literally, any service… Any staff member here is incredible and attentive and just top notch. I cannot imagine going anywhere else 🥰

Had a facial today with Talia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, she was fantastic so thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did I get an amazing facial and relaxing massage, but Talia also took the time to explain my skin's needs and provided great insights on how to care for it. I felt pampered and well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend Talia if you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about your skin and gives an outstanding service. Can't wait to come back!

Always have the best experience here. So looking forward to moving full time to Perth next year so that I can visit sweet lab monthly. I always feel so comfortable here and the staff are always so lovely. They really listen to what you want specifically and endeavour each time to get the exact results you desire.

Beautiful salon, I always feel comfortable and welcome. Girls really listen and are all talented at colouring and blow drying. The basins are the best in Perth! Highly recommend a Treat Yourself head massage by Eden ❤️ Excited to have found a great salon that meets expectations every time.

Mary was a friendly, knowledgeable and interested professional. I had a peel, dermaplaning and a hydrating mask, as well as a shoulder and neck massage. All was comfortable and relaxing, but the massage was amazing! Thank you, Mary for being available at short notice and such a delightful therapist. My skin feels and looks great!
