The atmosphere is welcoming — cozy, clean, and so relaxing. I had an acne facial treatment and a hot stone massage, and both were absolutely wonderful. Zoe was so thorough and gentle throughout the entire facial. The hot stone massage was also incredible — just the right amount of pressure and you can really tell how skilled she is. Ivy was also very kind and gave me a helpful skin consultation, which I really appreciated. I also got builder gel nails with a pink cat-eye design, and they turned out so beautiful! Everything from start to finish was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back :)

A wonderful Beauty salon that offers different services. Threading , waxing , Facials , Henna tint for brows , lashes etc and using great product like Dermalogica and other beauty products . Very professional and friendly staff !

I love coming here to get my lashes and eyebrows done. The ladies are professional and extremely knowledgeable! I walk out every time feeling fabulous. The last time I had a facial and it was so relaxing and my skin felt and looked amazing. Highly recommend!!

Once again, a fantastic, positive experience with the very professional Jade. This was my 3rd visit following my 5 month package purchase. Today was RF Microneedling, neck, face and I added the treatment to my stomach area to help with loose skin there. All went well as Jade monitors how I am coping with the treatment. Absolutely confident that I am seeing improvements. So far I've had the HIFU and Hydra Facial treatments.

I have been a client of this salon for quite awhile now. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional service, friendly manner, expertise and perfectionism of all the staff. I recently had a facial (Deluxe) with Sim, and it was absolutely incredible, and one that I will schedule often as it has left my skin looking and feeling more hydrated, clearer pores and less congestion. 5 STAR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!

Great facial by a lovely beautician

Jade is so professional what a really great experience. She’s tattooed my brows, RF and HIFU my face, hydro facial and more. The whole package. She talked me through the whole process and made sure I wasn’t in any pain, 10/10 honestly always recommend her to anyone that’s in Newcastle
