I couldn’t be happier with my experience in the clinic and my treatment with Didem. She is truly one amazing woman! Her knowledge of the facial anatomy, products, where placement of product and procedure is recommended and needed goes above and beyond! Her passion for the art of beauty radiates from her energy and there is not one moment of feeling uncomfortable or nervous whilst in the clinic with her. I would never trust another with my face now that i have found Didem. Along with her work being faultless, Dee is one amazing woman who is so easy to spark up a great convo with.

I had a HIFU treatment at Eterna KosmoSpa and I’m genuinely thrilled with the results. My face and neck looked lifted immediately after just one session! Karam was amazing—so professional, caring, and explained everything clearly. I’ve tried many clinics before but never saw results like this. What surprised me most was being told to wait three months for full results, not just two weeks like other places. All I have to say is WOW. My skin was glowing afterwards, and my skin has been so nice since the facial (I’m writing this review 3 days after). Krystal was an amazing therapist who talked me through all different kinds of facial and product ranges they offer and recommended a treatment best suited to my skin. I love how she reassured me that there is no pressure to do anything I didn’t feel comfortable doing. I felt so comfortable, & not pressured at all. A 10/10 service. I’ll be back for sure & will be recommending this place to anyone wanting a facial that targets skin concerns!

Literally the BEST facial experience I have ever had! Dj was so so so lovely and knowledgable with really fantastic communication! I had such a wonderful time, my skin feels amazing, Dj talked me through the whole process and we chatted as she worked her magic on my face! I will definitely be coming back here regardless of how far away I live. Value for money was also amazing?!! I feel so pampered and so well looked after. Macy is a very patient and delicate esthetician who will help you deal with your facial problems and make you look good. My favorite part about Macy is her hand massage. The treatment is very soothing and that is why I go to Macy on a regular basis for my face. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
