I recently had the pleasure of receiving a Relax and Glow facial along with eyebrow treatment from Joan. As a man, I initially had some apprehensions, but Joan made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire experience. Her expertise and skill were evident in the exceptional results. Joan used high quality products that left my skin looking vibrant and refreshed. Not only was her work outstanding, but the overall environment was warm and inviting, with relaxing music that added to the soothing atmosphere. Joan is incredible. From the moment I walked in I felt completely at ease and relaxed. The ambience is just so lovely and calming, everything so clean and fresh and smelling beautiful. The facial itself was amazing (with a great massage included!). And the personalised skin advice was VERY much appreciated. Joan really knows her stuff and emails you a detailed analysis of your skin at the end. The option to buy a variety of personally recommended products is there, but not overly pushed at all. I highly recommend Boutique Refresh to all!
