I've started to have beauty treatments (facials) in Beauty box Penarth in January 2023. From the first time I was impressed with the client service. It is lovely going there. It is so relaxing and I have the confidence that they take care of my skin because they use a high quality products and have the knowledge and expirience . I have recently moved to the area and am looking for regular beauty treatments. (I am also a qualified beautician). While Jade was a friendly, helpful and competent beauty therapist, the facial was lacking in many ways. I would expect to see machines (eg.TriPollar Stop) microneedling and certainly more attention paid to the neck and decolletage. There was a mask applied but then I was left alone - no foot rub or shoulder massage. The beauty rooms are beautiful and you have fantastic staff, therefore I would love be a returning satisfied customer. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks

As always, a beautiful facial carried out professionally by Jade. All the therapists employed at Beauty Box are highly qualified and work to the salons high standards and ethic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my Complementary therapy treatments.
