I had my top up with Jo today and once again I was really impressed with her work. The care she takes to prepare her work area is first class… after this she takes time to review the treatment to assess the precise areas she needs to treat. Jo is certainly a perfectionist and you feel totally confident when she is using the tattoo needle for the brows. Jo is such a professional with meticulous attention to detail with her treatments. She clearly explained the whole process of semi permanent make up for my brows and took as long as was necessary to decide on the correct tint for my skin tone. Joanne was brilliant with Emily having her ears pierced. Emily was very reluctant to get her 2nd one done, and Jo was very patient while Emily came round with a little persuasion. Absolutely wonderful. I went to Joanne with painful tight muscles due to stress and each time I leave feeling like I'm floating, muscle tightness completely gone ready for a good night sleep, totally relaxed, which I cannot thank her enough for. I am delighted with my lash tint and lift. Gen did such a good job. She was very precise, making sure each eyelash was exactly where it needed to be. As someone with naturally blonde lashes, the results are pretty dramatic. Good aftercare advice also. Thank you Gen!
