Working with Ate Lai on my acne prone skin journey since September. Combining the laser treatment and the derma facial in between sessions. So far I am seeing a change after evey session. Her advises and knowledge has helped me with post care and everything else in between. Highly recommended.

The best facial yet!!!! It was so relaxing that I fell asleep halfway through the procedure. Viera is a phenomenal aesthetician/beauty expert. She ensures that you are enjoying the process from start to finish. Healthy glowing clear skin is the added bonus. Plus relaxed shoulders and scalp. I will definitely book my next one soon.

Mani, Pedi followed by full facial, brow wax and relaxing massage followed by lash lift. All the while laying on on heated bed under weight blanket Relaxing music playing softly with no background disturbances, perfect way to begin the weekend and in good hands and company all the entire afternoon, really worth trying highly recommend this service at Flo by Natalie. Stars indicate GOOD BUT IT WAS TRULY EXCELLENT!

My mom went to get the derma bright facial and she really likes it and it’s her first time. They treated her melasma and since you need to do a sessions for it, it won’t be gone right away but for the first time her experience was great! Definitely will be back.
